Unfortunately pets are not permitted at Hollands Farmhouse. We wish to respect our neighbours and neighbouring farms.

Hollands Farmhouse is a luxury stay for 2 adults. However, we understand that you may not be able to get away without your children, as such we have created the 'bunk room' adjoining the main space. There is a one off fee regardless of length of stay, purely to cover our costs. We caution that the site is only suitable for children aged 4-12 and babes in arms. While we welcome older teens, the bunk room beds are slightly shorter than normal beds. Separately, the site is not set up for toddlers and we believe you would not have a relaxing stay if you were to visit with toddlers. We can also host babes in arms and will provide a travel cot without bedding. Children older than 12 may find the bunk room too small. The Site is not suitable for toddlers.

We provide all bed linen, blankets, towels. There is no extra charge for this

Yes. we provide wood for both wood-burner and hot-tub. We have a reasonable use policy that you should read prior to your stay.

Yes. Your stay has its own wifi network. Please be aware that there is no phone line. You are advised to bring your own mobile phone and check with your mobile provider for coverage, prior to your stay.

Your stay is served by electricity. We aim for the source of this to be from our solar panels as much as possible. There are USB points by the bedside.

For 2024 there is a new fridge-freezer, 4-ring gas hob and grill, microwave, and kadai oven/bbq/fire pit (this is set up on request only).

No. You are advised to purchase a luxury hamper or bring your own provisions. The nearest Spar and Co-ops are within 2 miles. There is a 'Cook' provision within Spar.

No. There are no laundry facilities.

We provide toilet roll and hand sanitiser.

Due to the nature of the style of accommodation, there are accessibility restrictions: There are steps to get into the Hexagon Cabin. There are steps to get into the hot tub. The Horsebox Bathroom is accessed through a small side door. Please ensure that you contact us directly if you have any questions relating to accessibility.

Hollands Farmhouse is situated in a residential hamlet. We wish to respect our neighbours. For that reason we ask for noise to be kept to a minimum between 10pm-7am, and for noise to be kept to a reasonable level during all other times.

No. Visitors are not allowed. Hollands Farmhouse aims to provide a luxury retreat for two adults (+ 2 children) only. We do not allow visitors either during the day or night. Please be aware that booked guests who allow visitors onto the site without our permission will unfortunately result in the immediate termination of your stay.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is 10am on the day of your departure. If you have booked for a 3 night weekend stay but cannot stay until the Monday, you are welcome to check-out on Sunday evening.

For all bookings, a security deposit of £150 is required. This is required in advance of your stay and will be returned to you within 48hrs of your departure, as long as no damage has occured. Guests are liable for the full cost of any damage in excess of the security deposit.
